Thick Ribbed Wool Work Socks for Men or Wide Feet (Large Sizes Available)
If you're on your feet a lot you will appreciate the light cushioning in these socks. The sole is flat while the rib across the top of the foot give extra warmth and comfort. They're thicker than a dress sock but not so thick that you cannot feel your feet which is important if you move around a lot. They're great for boots or work boots or gardening boots.
Don't endure another day of cold feet!
Our socks are made from New Zealand merino wool which is blended with possum fibre for superior warmth. The fibre of the possum is comparable to the fur of a polar bear - it gives unparalleled warmth without weight.
The beauty of merino wool socks is that they’re breathable. Even if your feet get hot, wool wicks moisture away from your skin, keeping your feet warm and toasty. This is very important when you are working outdoors.
Wool socks are also notoriously hard-wearing, lasting longer than their cotton counterparts which tend to wear out on the toe or heel quickly.

Although it's recommended that you handwash wool we feel that for socks it's totally fine to throw them in the washing machine with your other work clothing but please don't use bleach. If they end up going in the dryer they will probably be fine but it's better to line dry your wool socks as you will experience shrinkage. As these socks are surprisingly lightweight they don't take forever to dry.
